1. Shipping:

–Free domestic shipping with refund of overages for purchase of $35 or more

–Max Processing time for all non-custom products is 1-2 business days

–Custom product shipping and processing vary depending on whether the fabric/flannel is in stock or requires purchase

–International shipping, including any customs or tariffs, is paid by the buyer of the product.

2. Refunds and exchanges:

–No refunds or exchanges for any handmade items, cotton fabric, flannel or minky. If a product comes with a specific flaw and seller is notified within 72 hrs of product arrival at shipping address, including pictures of exact flaw, seller will consider on case by case basis refund or exchange of items

3. Lost/damaged items

–Seller is not responsible for lost or damaged items r/t shipping. Seller carefully packages each item to avoid these scenarios.
