Merchlet.com is a marketplace!  That means we have a lot of products and a lot of sellers.  This support is ONLY for Merchlet support.  Here’s how you can ensure you get a response from us:

1. If you have questions about an item for sale on Merchlet, you need to work directly with that seller.  Each product page and shop page has information on how to contact the shop owner.
2. If you are a SELLER on Merchlet, you should go through the special support provided in the SELLER TRAINING area.
3. Please do not send us messages regarding the following:
   1. Requests for “partnerships” or offers for money-making opportunities
   2. Requests for us to sell your products – you can create your own shop (as long as it meets our category list)
   3. Inquiries about specific products on the website – we will not be able to answer any questions about specific products because these are provided through individual shops.  You can see how to contact a shop owner here.
   4. DO NOT CONTACT US ABOUT OFFERS TO RE-BUILD OUR SITE, CONDUCT SEO SERVICES, OR ANY OTHER WEBSITE SERVICES – YOU WILL BE FLAGGED AS A SPAMMER AND REPORTED TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES.
