Merchlet Shop

The Merchlet shop is an independent shop, separate from the marketplace!

We’ve created some amazing products and want to share them with you on Merchlet.

These shop terms are separate from the Marketplace Terms, which you can find HERE.

Many items in the Merchlet shop are custom made items, made to order at the time of purchase.  Due to the nature of these items, please review the following terms.

Shipping and Handling:  Once you place your order, we need time to make the item and get it to you.  We have warehouses overseas as well as within the United States.  Shipping and handling times will vary based on the product.  Estimated times are provided within each individual product description.

Refunds:  Once we process your order (shortly after you place the order), we are unable to cancel or refund any purchases.  Due to the nature of the custom order products, we are unable to accept returns.  We will replace any products that have manufacturing errors, are lost in transit (check the definition of lost in transit on the Merchlet Marketplace FAQ page), or are an error on our part.  In the event we are unable to replace a product and the error was on our end, we will then issue a refund.
