Thank you for shopping with me!  Please note that all products in my store fall under a NO REFUND, NO RETURN policy.  Of course, if there is ever an issue – please let me know and I will do what I can to make it right.

Here’s how it works:  I sell cotton fabric, cut to size and cotton flannel fabric remnants.  Due to the nature of fabric, it is difficult to accept returns.  Custom cut fabric is cut to the size you requested (by the yard or you can request a custom listing for the size you need).  Once it’s cut, I cannot cancel your order or accept a return.

For flannel fabric remnants, these are usually last pieces of a bolt.  The costs to accept returns and validate that pieces still meet the requirements of selling are too high to accept returns.

In the instance something goes wrong, such as I send you the wrong product or the picture was not accurate – just contact me and I will do my best to make things right.  If you just want to return an item because you changed your mind – there will be a 50% restocking fee and you will be responsible for shipping costs to you (so, if you got free shipping, the actual shipping cost will also be reduced from your return) plus you need to pay to ship it back.

Any returns that are accepted for any reason must return in the original, unaltered condition.  Any pet hair, odors, or anything that makes the item no longer a “new” condition will result in a rejected return as the item is destroyed.

I highly encourage you to reach out with any questions as terms and conditions are a “worst-case” scenario and I will try my best to make you happy with your purchase.
