Shipping Policy
Please review item descriptions carefully! Shipping and handling times are listed in each products description. Many of our items are not stock items and we make them at the time of purchase. That means we need time to make them, package them, and ship them to you. Some of our items ship from our warehouses overseas and some ship from our warehouses within the United States.
With the exception of shipping delays (lately, due to new Covid regulations), you SHOULD receive all items within 45 days - many items will arrive well before that time! Since items are generally made to order, there are not options to speed up the process (except sometimes we can offer expedited shipping - reach out to use with that request).
Refund Policy
Most items in the Merchlet Shop are made to order. Once we have processed the order, there are no cancellations or refunds. We will replace items that have manufacturing errors, lost in transport (see Merchet's Shipping FAQ's for when lost in transport qualifies), or errors on our part. If we are unable to replace the item, we will then issue a refund.
Please ask all questions in advance! Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns. Still, we want you to be happy with your purchase - so reach out with any questions or issues.
